Legal Disclaimer & Client Agreement
By visiting this website, booking a session, purchasing a service, or engaging with Natalie Dawn Intuitive or Natalie LaRusso in any way (including sessions, emails, messages, written materials, recordings, or other communications), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
Natalie Dawn Intuitive offers intuitive readings, spiritual guidance, energy work, and coaching for personal insight, self-reflection, spiritual exploration, and entertainment purposes.
Natalie LaRusso is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, attorney, financial advisor, or other regulated professional. These services are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and are not intended to replace care from licensed professionals. You are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for any medical, psychological, legal, or financial concerns.
2. No Professional Relationship
Your participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other legally recognized professional relationship.
3. No Guarantees
Intuitive and spiritual information is inherently subjective and interpretive. Natalie Dawn Intuitive does not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or results. Messages may be symbolic, emotional, or metaphorical in nature, and interpretations may vary.
4. Personal Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and decisions before, during, and after any session. Nothing shared during a session should be relied upon as a basis for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional decision-making.
5. Emotional Awareness & Assumption of Risk
Spiritual and intuitive work may surface emotions, insights, or perspectives that feel challenging or unexpected. By participating, you acknowledge this possibility and choose to engage voluntarily and at your own discretion.
You assume full responsibility for how you experience and integrate any information received.
6. Release of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Natalie LaRusso and Natalie Dawn Intuitive from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses—whether known or unknown—arising out of or related to your participation in these services.
This includes claims related to emotional distress, psychological or physical responses, personal or professional decisions, or reliance on intuitive or spiritual information.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natalie LaRusso and Natalie Dawn Intuitive from any claims or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your participation or from any claim brought by you or on your behalf.
7. Not a Substitute for Mental Health or Crisis Care
Natalie Dawn Intuitive does not provide crisis intervention, trauma treatment, or mental health services.
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, severe emotional distress, psychosis, or a mental health crisis, please seek immediate support from a licensed mental health professional or emergency services (911 in the U.S.).
8. Refund Policy
Sessions are offered based on time, presence, and expertise rather than guaranteed outcomes. Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with interpretations, messages received, or perceived results.
9. Confidentiality, Recording & Content
Sessions are treated as confidential. Content shared during sessions—including recordings, written materials, or messages—is for your personal use only and may not be recorded, copied, distributed, or published without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to these services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Minnesota. By engaging in these services, you waive the right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
11. Eligibility & Acceptance
By engaging with Natalie Dawn Intuitive, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You have read and understood this agreement
You are choosing to participate voluntarily
