BEFORE CALL
About 30 minutes before your session, I take time to connect with your spirit team and tune into your energy.
On the day of your session, I’ll send you an email through your confirmation email. When you receive it, please reply with 4–5 questions you’d like me to focus on. They can be as simple or as detailed as you’d like (even questions within questions are totally fine!). I do find that that the more context you share, the deeper and more specific the messages tend to be.
Before our call, I’ll write down what comes through and what your spirit team most wants you to know.
Feel free to write down additional questions that may go with your other questions or thoughts that may come up during the call in case you forget while we are speaking!
DURING THE CALL
We will connect over zoom, the meeting will be sent to you after you book.
Calls Last for 60 minutes
During our video session, even more often comes through as we talk — things your guides want to bring forward or clarify in the moment. We’ll go through everything together and talk about what’s coming up for you. If there’s time at the end, you’re welcome to ask any additional questions or explore anything else that feels important.
My intention is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and more connected to the path your soul is on.
AFTER CALL
After our session, take some time to drink water, rest, or journal if anything came up that you’d like to remember. The energy and insights from the call can continue to land and unfold over the next few days. Notice what returns, what settles, and what wants to be heard.
If you have any reflections or feelings that arise afterword, you are welcome to email me. I love hearing how things continue to shift and integrate.
For payment, please send the session amount of $120 through Venmo or PayPal after our call. Payment information will be in confirmation email.
